Dual Pool 600 Series Shaker

Derrick Equipment's Dual Pool 600 Series shale shaker increases performance and efficiency. The actuated screen compression system allows quick and easy screen removal/installation while providing a secure seal of screens to the vibrating deck. Each panel is held with approximately 2000 lb of spring force. This restricts any coarse solids from bypassing around the screen. Screen panel removal/installation uses 90 PSI rig air allows air to compress the screen tensioning springs. A manual release is built into each tensioner. The Dual Pool feature increases screen area approximately 20 percent and increases capacity up to 65 percent. Coarse solids or lost prevention material is removed by the modular scalping deck, which allows easy access and viewing for inspection of the primary deck. Powered by Super G3 vibrating motors, the DP 600™ Series provide industry leading high G performance. The hydraulic AWD controls can be local or remote. More API screen area increases capacity which reduces the number of shakers required while the scalping deck increases efficiency.
