Microtunneling
Derrick offers individual shakers and mud cleaners such
as the FLC 2000 and the FLC 423 Double Deck, DE-1000
Centrifuge and complete separation systems such as the
TBSS-225, TBSS 450 and the 20' Modular Tank System for use
in the microtunneling industry.
Most Derrick Microtunneling separation systems are skid
mounted tank systems capable of returning less thatn 1% sand
back to the active system.
The 20' Modular Tank System allows multiple configurations
of up to three units on a fully integrated separation
system.
Horizontal Directional Drilling
Derrick offers individual equipment and complete systems for
use on HDD rigs ranging in size from 50,000 lb to 1,000,000
lb thrust and pullback.
Individual shakers and mud cleaners such as the FC 300, the
FLC 2000 and the FLC 423 Double Deck are commonly used in
HDD applications. These units are appropriately sized with
an 8' overall length allowing permanent installation on
trailer mounted tank systems.
Complete skid mounted systems are also available.
Foundation / Slurry Wall Construction
Derrick offers individual shakers and mud cleaners such as
the FLC 2000 and the FLC 423 Double Deck and complete
separation systems such as the 12’ Mini Separation System
and the 20' Modular Tank System for use in the slurry wall
construction applications.
Large Diameter HDD River Crossings
Derrick continues to provide mud cleaning equipment to top
HDD contractors and HDD Drill Rig Manufacturers. The Derrick
FLC 2000 4-Panel High-G Shaker is preferred by many large
diameter HDD contractors.
Equipment and systems with capacities up to 2000 gpm are
available.
Water Well and Environmental Vertical Drilling
Individual shakers and mud cleaners such as the FC 300, the
FLC 2000 and the FLC 423 Double Deck are appropriate for
water well and environmental drilling applications.
Large Diameter Tunneling Systems
Derrick has designs for modular separation systems for large
slurry tunneling applications up to 3000 C3M/Hr.
These modular systems include a combination of Derrick Belt
Scalping Primers for large clay removal, Derrick FLC 2000
High G Shakers for primary screening, Derrick FLC 2000 High
G Mud Cleaners for desanding and desilting, and Derrick
DE-1000 High G Centrifuges for ultra fine solids removal. |
