The Derrick TBSS-455 Separation system is a 40’ tank system offering slurry separation of volumes up to 450 cubic meters per hour. Initial scalping separation is achieved by a Dual Derrick Primers (belt scalper) specifically designed to remove sticky clays. Secondary screening is accomplished by Dual Derrick FLC –2000 3-Panel High G Shakers. Dual Derrick FLC-2000 4-Panel High G Mud Cleaners provide 3000 gpm of desanding, desilting and cone dewatering. The system is complete with separation equipment; centrifugal cone feed pumps and electric control panel.
