Derrick Equipment Conversion Kits provide a cost effective method for increasing the performance of a variety of non-Derrick shakers.

Conversion Kits significantly increase G-force at the screen surface, allowing for maximized solids removal capabilities. The Conversion Kit also enables the use of Derrick’s three-dimensional screens, which dramatically increase flow capacity.

The Derrick FLC Conversion Kit offers: new Super G2 motors that increase vibratory G force to a constant 7.0 G's, that operate at lower decibel levels than conventional motors (78 dBA) and that feature a new internal oil bath lubrication system which reduces maintenance requirements; an increase in shaker performance which requires no modification to the rig’s existing feed system; Adjustable While Drilling (AWD) feature for easy deck-angle adjustment; new screen frame designed to accommodate high G force; and the ability to utilize the full range of Derrick's patented Pyramid™ screens.
