The Derrick Flo-Divider ensures even fluid/solids distribution to multiple downstream shale shakers, which can dramatically increase solids removal capabilities. The Flo-Divider’s simple design features pocket block off gates, which can be used to totally shut down one or more of the outlets in order to service a downstream unit, adjust the desired number of shakers, or by-pass the shakers completely. Flo-Dividers eliminate the need for back tanks and shaker bypasses, and minimize the effect of pitch and heave. The Flo-Divider is available in four sizes: 3-way, 4-way, 5-way, and 6-way.
