Derrick's FLC 2000 3 and 4-panel shale shakers increase fluid handling capacities while actually utilizing fewer shakers. The combination of standardized high G-force and Pyramid screen technology has proven to dramatically improve liquid/solids separation due to superior conveyance characteristics.

The 3-panel shakers have processed in excess of 525 GPM with 10.4 PPG mud over 210 mesh Pyramid screens. The available screening area per API RP 13 E for the 3-panel shakers is 24.9 square foot with the Pyramid screen and 35.7 square foot with the Pyramid Plus screen.

Respectively, the 4-panel shakers have processed 920 GPM with 9.1 PPG mud over 210 mesh Pyramid screens. The available screening area per API RP 13 E for the 4-panel shakers is 33.2 square foot with the Pyramid screen and 47.6 square foot with the Pyramid Plus screen.

All FLC 2000 shakers are available in three feeder configurations - top feeder, weir feeder, or weir feeder with bypass. Because of its modular design, both 3 and 4-panel models can accommodate desander and desilter packages for operation as a mud cleaner. Optional Ramp-lok bolts can be added to minimize screen change time.

The FLC 2000 has a modular design that allows the shaker to be configured to operate as a primary shaker, a desander/desilter, or a high performance mud cleaner.

The modular design concept allows a round desilter manifold and/or a desander manifold to be mounted in a cone discharge collection pan over the vibrating screen deck.

The underflow from the hydrocyclones is collected in the underflow collection pan where it can be diverted directly to discharge or across the vibrating screen surfaces for further processing.
