The Derrick Flo-Line Cleaner Plus offers high G linear motion vibration and a wide range of deck angles to maximize performance in any drilling environment. The FLC+ is powered by two Super G vibrating motors that generate 7.0 G’s of force. Increased capacity, finer screening, and drier cuttings are the result. The FLC+ has proven to process in excess of 560 GPM of a 17.8 PPG fluid with 175 mesh screens. Additionally, the Super G motor incorporates a “greased-for-life” bearing system that helps to reduce operational costs by eliminating external lubrication requirements.

The FLC+’s deck angle can be quickly and easily adjusted from 15° downhill to 5° uphill. This range allows greater control of the fluid endpoints on the screen surfaces. It also enables the FLC+ to operate equally well in various formations by manipulating solids conveyance rates. For example, extreme downhill deck angle offers exceptional conveyance while decreasing fluid loss when drilling hydrated clays (gumbo) or other sticky solids. Other features of the Flo-Line Cleaner Plus include a manual bypass gate and a Ramp-lok rapid screen tensioning system.
