The higher G-force produced by the Super G motors has proven to dramatically increase liquid/solids separation due to superior conveyance characteristics.

Super G motors carry a two-year warranty and are built with Derrick's superior electrics, which are renowned in the industry for durability. Super G motors with UL (Class I, Division 1, Groups C and D) or DEMKO/ATEX (Zone 1 EExd IIB T3) certifications are available. A unique "greased-for-life" bearing system eliminates the need for a remote lubrication system. This reduces costs for repair and eases maintenance. These new bearings also enable shakers to be run at significantly lower decibel levels.

Sound output from the machines has been reduced to approximately 81dBA. The Super G motors enable drilling rigs to experience increased fluid handling capacities while actually utilizing fewer shakers.
