TBSS-450P Separation System
The Derrick TBSS-450 Separation System is a 40’ tank system offering slurry separation of volumes up to 450 m3/hr. Initial scalping separation is achieved by two Derrick Flo-Line Primer's (belt scalpers) specifically designed to remove sticky clays and oversize cuttings. Secondary screening is accomplished by two Derrick FLC 2000 3-Panel high G shakers. Two Derrick FLC 2000 4-Panel high G mud cleaners provide 3000 GPM of desanding, desilting and cone dewatering. The system is complete with separation equipment, centrifugal cone feed pumps and electric control panel.
