TBSS-225 Separation System
The Derrick TBSS-225 Separation system is a 20’ tank system offering slurry separation of volumes up to 225 cubic meters per hour. Initial scalping separation is achieved by a Derrick Primer (belt scalper) specifically designed to remove sticky clays. Secondary screening is accomplished by a Derrick FLC 2000 3-Panel High G Shaker. The Derrick FLC 2000 4-Panel High G Mud Cleaner provides 1500 GPM of desanding, desilting and cone dewatering. The system is complete with separation equipment; centrifugal cone feed pumps and electric control panel.
